A Guide to the Constructive Analysis of Random Thoughts in Psychology
Tetyana Korolova

Abstract
Constructive analysis in psychology helps to transform erratic, intrusive thoughts into a resource for development – to transfer them from a chaotic flow to structured comprehension, changing anxiety and increasing control over the internal state. This is a method that allows you to eliminate destructive impulses from negative signals and use them for self-reflection and behavior optimization.
Key words: epistemology, flexibility, patterns, qualitative psychology, thematic analysis.
